The Electrical Engineering Official Central Laboratory LCOE is a laboratory appointed by the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness (MINECO) for the performance of tests (regulatory acts) and European homologation of vehicles of all categories and their components at the national level, for individual approval and reforms .
