New industrial vehicles bodybuilt in Spain can be approved by a National Type Approval of a completed or multi-phase vehicle. The vehicle can have two or more phases, that will complete the vehicle successively until it is finished. Every phase manufacturers must be registered at the Register of Signatures of Manufacturers and Importers of the Ministry and must approve every phase they are responsible for. Also, they must have a valid UCA report and European Approvals, Directives or Regulations on the matters they have changed. This approval is a unique one for every vehicle and is issued for the specific chassis number.
